Current classes and courses


I am still teaching yoga at this time and have moved my teaching online. I am teaching two group yoga classes at present on Zoom (see below) and I am offering private yoga sessions online via Zoom.


Wednesdays: Yoga for Strength & Conditioning 6pm-7pm

These practices are open to all and will include a combination of full-body movement practices, breathwork and simple relaxation techniques.

These 1 hour sessions will:

– provide you with lots of opportunity for fun, exploratory and educational movement practices, some traditional and some not-so traditional!

– give you more options and ideas for moving, breathing and enjoyably inhabiting your body.

– offer you tools and insight to help you self-regulate your nervous system, your energy levels and your mood

– help you explore how skills such as mindfulness, self-compassion, curiosity, patience and present-centered awareness can be powerful catalysts for change and transformation on and off the yoga mat.

Cost: £10 per session or £40 for 5 sessions.


Thursdays: Yoga for Seniors 11am-12pm

This is a gentle yoga practice incorporating simple movements, breathwork and relaxation techniques specifically designed to cater for the mature yoga student. We explore all aspects of physical health including flexibility, mobility, strength, balance, coordination, stress relief and relaxation.

This class is suitable for all levels and the whole practice can be adapted to work in the chair if getting up and down from the floor is challenging or not possible.
