I am still teaching yoga at this time and am teaching one group yoga class a week (see below) online.
I have resumed in-person private teaching and continue to also offer private classes via Zoom.
Wednesdays: Yoga for Strength & Conditioning 6pm-7pm
These practices are open to all and will include a combination of full-body movement practices, breathwork and simple relaxation techniques.
These 1 hour sessions will:
– provide you with lots of opportunity for fun, exploratory and educational movement practices, some traditional and some not-so traditional!
– give you more options and ideas for moving, breathing and enjoyably inhabiting your body.
– offer you tools and insight to help you self-regulate your nervous system, your energy levels and your mood
– help you explore how skills such as mindfulness, self-compassion, curiosity, patience and present-centered awareness can be powerful catalysts for change and transformation on and off the yoga mat.
